*It is important to underline our Reprimand System : Reprimands are credited to delegates in case of:

  • Violation of Rules of Procedure
  • Inappropiate/Undiplomatic Behaviour (including the use of the First Person Singular e.g. “I”, “me”)
  • Late arrival to the committee session
  • Other reasons that the Chairs of a committee consider to deserve a reprimand

Reprimands are accumulated over the three days of the conference. If three reprimands are accumulated by a delegate, they will be penalised by being temporarily suspended from the committee session.
